Based here in Peterborough at our world-class, purpose built manufacturing facility you will receive dedicated onsite training in our new Apprentice Training Centre, on-the-job training and mentoring by our skilled engineers as well as receiving formal tuition through day release by our chosen educational provider.
On successful completion of our Advanced Engineering Apprenticeship Programme you will achieve a Level 3 recognised Qualification and more. You will be a qualified engineer, leading to potential roles in Manufacturing such as a Machinist, an Electrician, a Maintenance Engineer, a Pipe Fitter or Assembly Fitter.
You will be earning from day one. We offer a highly competitive annual salary, 25 paid day’s holiday per year, plus bank holidays, Pension and Life Assurance. Your salary is reviewed annually in accordance with performance and learning objectives.

In terms of academic qualifications, we require a minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English, Mathematics and a Science subject, at grade C/4 or above. You can also have predicted grades only when you apply.
